Why can I not find a Scheduled Event that I previously marked attendance for in the system?
Return to Frequently Asked Questions
If you are unable to find a Scheduled Event in the system that you have previously entered attendance for in the system it is likely that this is due to you having marked this Scheduled Event as COMPLETED. There is nothing wrong with marking a Scheduled Event as completed and it is still view able to you. You must select the
Show Advanced Search Options
button inside the Manage Scheduled Events portion and click the box INCLUDE COMPLETED EVENTS. This will show all events whether they are completed or not in your search results.
